Terms & Conditions
High Horse – Ulcer Armour+ Hat Competition - 2025 Victorian Dressage Festival

Promoter: High Horse Performance Pty. Ltd. (ABN 46 647 726 289) of 77–79 Buckley Grove, Moolap VIC 3224, Australia (“High Horse”).

Competition Period
The competition commences at 7:00 am AEDT on Thursday 11 December 2025 and closes at 5:00 pm AEDT on Sunday 14 December 2025 (or the official close of the 2025 High Horse Victorian Dressage Festival, whichever is earlier).

Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents of all ages.
Entrants under 18 years of age must have prior consent from a parent or legal guardian to enter and, if drawn as the winner, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian on the minor’s behalf.

Directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of High Horse Performance Pty. Ltd., its agencies, and associated sponsors remain ineligible.

How to Enter
a. Obtain an official Ulcer Armour+ (UA+) Hat from the High Horse trade booth during the event. Hats may be:
– redeemed free with a valid High Horse UA+ Riders Bag Voucher, or
– purchased by any attendee (rider or non-rider).

b. Take a clear photo of yourself wearing the UA+ Hat at the 2025 Victorian Dressage Festival venue.

c. Post the photo to Instagram only (your Instagram account must be public) and tag @hellohighhorse in the photo or caption during the Competition Period.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries posted to any platform other than Instagram will be invalid.

The Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 12-month supply of Ulcer Armour+:
12 × 1.5 kg tubs of Ulcer Armour+ (total RRP A$1,679.88 incl. GST, based on A$139.99 per unit).

If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.

Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at the High Horse head office on Monday 15 December 2025 at 10:00 am AEDT.

Winner Notification & Publication
The winner (or parent/legal guardian if under 18) will be notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the draw and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. The winner’s first name and state/territory will be announced on @hellohighhorse Instagram on or before 17 December 2025.

Unclaimed Prize
If the prize remains unclaimed after 7 days, an unclaimed-prize draw will be conducted on 22 December 2025. The new winner will be notified in the same manner.

Privacy
Entrants’ personal information will be collected by High Horse Performance Pty. Ltd. and used solely for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition and future marketing (you may opt out at any time). For entrants under 18, parental consent is taken to include collection of the minor’s information for these purposes. See our Privacy Policy at high-horse.com.au.

General
High Horse reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including age, parental consent where applicable, and that the entry was made on Instagram) and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these T&Cs.

If the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the competition may be suspended or cancelled without liability.
